Ding ding ding — and by "ding" I mean the sound of zero votes hitting the canvas on BOTH sides. PitchSpark showed up with $350M ARR, $45M in "monthly sales," and $0 MRR — a spreadsheet that's basically a haunted house where the money is implied but never actually seen. LIONNLORD countered with a "data moat that compounds every founder cycle," which is just a fancy way of saying "our defense strategy is other people quitting." So the crowd looked at $14K-per-customer math with 25,000 customers and $750K raises with $350M ARR, collectively shrugged, and voted for absolutely nobody — cowards, the lot of you, but I respect the discipline. Two founders walked into the ring with fantasy football spreadsheets instead of P&Ls, and the judges wisely decided fantasy football doesn't get a belt. Tonight's real lesson: when both decks are built on Monopoly money, the house always wins by refusing to bet.

🔔 LADIES, GENTLEMEN, AND VENTURE COWARDS — Karl Brill here with your Hall of Flames verdict, and folks, this one's a scoreboard nobody wants to sign their name to: Vera AI, ZERO. Lumé, ZERO. Vera rolls in with a voice assistant that reads your calendar and CRM like every other voice assistant on Earth, wrapped in "Google-validated" branding that just means Google let them stand near the vending machine. Lumé counters with "patent-pending social-signaling IP" and a "network-effects moat" — translation: a friendship bracelet with a Series A attached. And you, the crowd? You had SIX savage roasts loaded in the chamber and still couldn't muster the spine to pick a loser — that's not judging, that's two participation trophies duct-taped together. No winner tonight, no takedown, just two shaky moats and a jury too chicken to vote either raft off the island. Remember, folks: in the ring of traction, "no clear winner" just means everybody clearly lost.

**HALL OF FLAMES — TERMSHEET TORNADO VERDICT** Ladies and gentlemen, the tornado has touched down and only one house is left standing! MuseFlow takes it 1-0, and I'll tell you why — that 76-complexity-metric tensor generating never-repeating curricula is the kind of nerdy overkill that actually makes we-mean-business VCs lean forward, even if your TAM slide still reads "global music learners," which last I checked includes a toddler smacking a xylophone. Towit, meanwhile, pitched peer-to-peer heavy equipment rentals with real hustle — genuinely bold to build a business where the liability exposure is bigger than the excavators you're renting out. Somebody solved a problem, somebody found a problem's evil twin. MuseFlow advances, Towit goes back to the shop — and remember, folks, in this ring "innovative" and "uninsured" are not the same word, even though tonight they rhymed hard.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, hold onto your napkins — it's a 1-1 SPLIT DECISION, and the belt goes to GOMEAL! Why? Because this crowd loved a founder who looked at Bangladesh's chaos, decided the answer was a centralized kitchen and iron discipline in train stations, and said "nobody else is patient enough to out-boring us" — that's not a moat, that's a siege strategy, and I respect the audacity even if the 75-store rollout has fewer signed partnerships than my prenup. WellLens, meanwhile, gave us a pitch so clean and sensible that nobody in this room had a single mean thing to say about it — which in roast battle terms means you were about as memorable as a wellness app nobody opened past day three. Final word from The Thrill: GoMeal's out here trying to capture 5% of a $500 million market with the go-to-market equivalent of a paper napkin — but champions are made betting on chaos, not spreadsheets, so wear that belt proud and go sign an actual contract before round two.

GLP-1s take the fat. We protect the muscle.
1 in 8 American adults now takes a GLP-1. Up to 40% of the weight they lose is muscle, not fat. Nobody hands them a plan to stop it. SwipeHealth is the agentic training, nutrition, and recovery system built for that user. Personified AI agents with names, faces, and persistent personalities coach each user the way they want to be coached. Wearable signals like sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate rebuild each day's plan overnight, explained in plain English. Works with the watch you already own. No new hardware. GLP-1 companion paid media is converting at 2.5x baseline efficiency. GLP-1 clinics are the B2B referral channel, giving us a second revenue engine on top of consumer subs.

*ding ding ding* — LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOUR WINNER BY A LANDSLIDE OF FOUR VOTES TO ONE! SwipeHealth takes this one home, and the judges knew exactly why — while Google was out there casually announcing they might enter this space, SwipeHealth's team didn't flinch, they reframed it as validation instead of a death sentence. That's not just spin, folks, that's a founder catching a haymaker and calling it a compliment. Standard Stage & Set, meanwhile, gets my official backhanded golf-clap of the night: charging $100,000 an hour for "Midnight Crisis" management is bold, admirable, and also the exact kind of pricing that makes me wonder how every show on Earth has survived without you until now. Crowd said it best — you've got a beautiful moat, just no water in it yet. SwipeHealth walks out validated by Big Tech itself; Standard Stage & Set walks out validated mostly by their own invoice. That's the Hall of Flames — where confidence gets crowned and crisis pricing gets roasted.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE SCORECARDS ARE IN — 4 to 1, and TabPref struts out of here with the belt, because "we put everything in one place" apparently still beats "we have a fragile supply chain in a saturated market" on any given night! TabPref wins this one on ambition — unifying hospitality is a bold swing, even if the judges are already whispering "restaurant managers don't actually want another platform" like it's the sport's oldest scouting report. Marché, genuine respect — you built a "lifestyle business" so lean that even the crowd couldn't figure out what your $6.5 million was actually going to buy, and honestly, that's a magic trick, not a pitch deck. TabPref, go get that demo ready, because half the crowd said "show me" instead of "get out," which in this building is basically a standing ovation. Tonight's lesson, champs: in the hospitality vertical, everybody's got a moat — the trick is not filling it with your own burn rate.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, hold your applause and your regulatory paperwork — we have a winner in "PowerPoint Pandemonium," and by the razor-thin margin of one single vote, ShotHawk climbs off the canvas! The judges liked that ShotHawk swung big at a real, terrifying problem — but the crowd's still asking the one question that matters: does the bad guy actually stop, or just get mildly annoyed? Meanwhile Soul In PsyAbstract fought a respectable fight, "ambitious and important" they said — which is roast-battle Latin for "we admired the font choices." At the end of the night, ShotHawk wins on vision, but somebody still owes this room an answer on safety compliance before we let it anywhere near an "autonomous engagement device." That's the verdict — 1 to 1, decided by guts, not paperwork!
Hockey Stick Hostility
Secure, scalable, and affordable underground ammonia storage solutions.
Amon Storage is building underground HDPE (high-density polyethylene) ammonia storage systems — the missing infrastructure layer for distributed green ammonia and hydrogen-carrier deployment. Our FAST (Flexible Ammonia Storage Technology) systems are 52% cheaper than legacy steel bullets at scale ($1,751/ton vs $3,655/ton), have a 100-year service life versus steel's 25-year design life, and can be contract-manufactured with 3–4 week lead times rather than requiring dedicated factory capex. We're building this because ammonia sits at the center of two of the largest decarbonization challenges of the next two decades, and storage is the bottleneck. First, ammonia production accounts for roughly 1.8% of global CO₂ emissions — about 450 million tons per year, more than any other industrial chemical. Green ammonia is the path to decarbonizing the sector, and it's scaling at 72% CAGR through 2032. But green ammonia production is distributed and modular by nature, and the existing storage base doesn't fit that model: 60% of US ammonia storage facilities are 45–65 years old, built between 1960 and 1980 against a 25-year design life. Without modern, modular, distributed storage, green ammonia deployment stays capped. Second, ammonia is emerging as the primary carrier for the hydrogen economy — it has 1.7× the volumetric hydrogen density of liquid H₂ and an existing global transport infrastructure. As hydrogen import terminals and intermodal transport scale, they need storage that legacy steel can't deliver economically. Our technology has been independently verified by DNV (DOE-funded), with HAZOP complete and "no fundamental barriers identified," eliminating roughly 95% of technical risk. We've built an engineered customer pipeline of $41.08M across 6 projects in 4 states, including a signed LOI from green ammonia producer TalusAg. Each 10kt site avoids 1.9 million tons of CO₂ over its lifespan versus a grey ammonia baseline. We operate an asset-light model — we own the DNV-verified design IP, the regulatory pathway, the engineering know-how, and the 24/7 monitoring platform, but not the factory. The result is high-margin (58–61% at scale), capital-efficient infrastructure that can scale with demand rather than ahead of it. In short: we're building the storage layer of the ammonia economy.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, put your hands together, because in "Hockey Stick Hostility" we got a shutout — 3 to nothing — and the belt goes to AMON! Judges didn't just like the numbers, they fell in love: a DOE grant, DNV verification, and a $41M pipeline is the kind of receipts that make a VC's heart skip a beat, not the kind you ask an intern to "circle back" on. ClaimCrush, respect where it's due — going after real-time misinformation is a noble crusade, but "noble crusade" is also what they said about the Titanic's maiden voyage. The crowd nailed it: if AI can be fooled by a lie repeated enough times, and your moat is fighting lies in split seconds, my friends, you built a firewall out of wet cardboard. AMON walks out champion tonight because infrastructure with government backing beats vibes with a vague go-to-market every single round — that's not hostility, that's just math with a hockey stick attached.

**HALL OF FLAMES — OFFICIAL VERDICT** By a final tally of 6 votes to 2, the belt goes to **Hawkline Inc**, who walked in with "SkyCam performance at a fraction of the cost" and walked out with the crowd's wallets, because nothing sells a boardroom like "same results, less manpower, cheaper" — that's not a pitch, that's a procurement department's love letter. StudentsBoat Inc., meanwhile, gets the genuine backhanded compliment of the night: your problem statement was so well outlined that everyone in the room genuinely wanted to know what your solution actually was — we're still waiting, but hey, half a pitch is better than no pitch. You had judges doing multiple reads just to decode "tethered aerial broadcast platform," which is a phrase that sounds like it was generated by a printer jam. Hawkline flew high and clear; StudentsBoat stayed docked, over-engineered, and undersold. Remember, kids: if your judges need a decoder ring for your value prop, you didn't pitch a company — you pitched a puzzle.

**HALL OF FLAMES — VERDICT: "COLD PITCH COMBUSTION"** LADIES, GENTLEMEN, and the four investors who apparently wandered in looking for the bathroom — your winner, by a scoreline of 11-6, is TROVANDOOOO! And look, the crowd's out here doing Toxic Avenger/Trivago crossover fan fiction about you, which honestly is more brand equity than most Series A decks ever earn — that's what happens when an AI-powered study abroad platform actually names WHOSE process sucks and WHY, instead of just vibing in consultant-speak. hālo+, meanwhile, rolled in with the "moat is a van" strategy — bold, very bold, considering every massage therapist with a Honda Civic and a Venmo QR code has been running that exact playbook since 2019; genuine backhanded compliment: at least your Mercedes Sprinter has better legroom than the Civic. Somebody in that room actually said "think about channel partnerships to scale your business," which is the pitch-deck equivalent of a doctor saying "have you tried being healthier." Trovando, you found your narrative — hālo+, you found a parking spot. Champion's night, folks!
